I enclose you a copy of the Circular I have sent out to the Vestrymen asking them to attend with you at Hackney on Wednesday next.  This specifies that I should be regular in calling meetings of the Vestry and therefore I call your attention to the method of calling special meetings of the Vestry being upon requisition in returning to the Clark by five members.

You will have an opportunity of attending this requisition required on Wednesday evening – I enclose you a form – Mr Churchwarden Eve leaves town tomorrow and will be absent about 10 days.
